Janelle is a well-regarded clinical scientific researcher, consultant, and trainer with over 20 years of valuable experience.  She came to I-ACT for Children from Cincinnati, Ohio, where she worked as a private consultant and corporate trainer, prior to which she worked for Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, within the Headache Center, the only pediatric center in the United States recognized as an Advanstar Clinical Center of Excellence in Headache Medicine. She brings a broad spectrum of experience in benchside, translational, and clinical research, leadership, production, supervision, training, quality control, and mentorship. She has also been a university instructor commended by the Center for Teaching Excellence for over 15 years.  Janelle holds a bachelors (Biology, Chemistry, French, Neuroscience) and masters (Biology: Physiology & Neuroscience) of science from Miami University and is a Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP).  She has served as a faculty member for the Society of Clinical Research Associates (SoCRA) since 2012 and is currently nominated to the SoCRA Board of Directors.
