Amy Lynch, JD, MS, MPH

VP, Legal & Compliance


Amy brings a breadth of clinical research knowledge to I-ACT for Children, with 15 years of experience that includes site management, domestic and international regulatory affairs, research finance, and contracts.  She joined I-ACT for Children from the National Institutes of Health, where she worked in Regulatory Affairs at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, Division of AIDS (DAIDS).  Prior to that, she was part of the DAIDS Clinical Trial Agreements Team as a contractor with the Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine.  She has also held positions at a number of academic research institutions, including Children’s National Medical Center, the Medical University of South Carolina, and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.  A licensed attorney, Amy earned her JD from Georgetown University Law Center, an MPH in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Tufts University, and an MS in Health Communication from Boston University.
