Education Requirements
- RN, BS, MS, or similar degree
Work Experience
- 5+ years of experience in clinical research administration and/or coordination, clinical trial auditing/monitoring, clinical trial delivery. Experience with regulatory compliance and quality improvement processes a plus.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with project team to develop and implement a pediatric clinical trials curriculum for both sponsors and sites
- Assist in the planning and development of educational materials, research tools and training modules for the conduct of pediatric clinical trials
- Work with I-ACT team to implement quality improvement system for the network sites
- Work with project team to develop and produce educational materials and programs that advance pediatric clinical trials
- Work in collaboration with VP, Site Network & Education (VP) and Director, Site Network & Education (Director) to develop innovative processes to accelerate timelines to site initiation and other start-up activities
- Assist the Director with identifying, recruiting, assessing and on-boarding North American and international sites
- Work with sites on performance metrics, education and best practices
- Particiapte in review of site quality and performance metrics and help implement initiatives to sustain engagement and retain sites
- Assist the Director in maintaining and managing ongoing site memberships
- Interface with site champions and other points of contact to identify potential needs, address issues and respond to questions as they arise
- Contribute to pre-competitive projects
- Collaborate with industry sponsors, complementary children’s research networks and government agencies

Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Certified in clinical research.
