David Mc Neeley, MD, MPHTM
The Institute for Advanced Clinical Trials for Children welcomes David Mc Neeley, MD, MPHTM as SVP Clinical Development, Pediatrics reporting to Dr. Gary Noel, I-ACT for Children’s Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Mc Neeley most recently was Director, Office of Regulatory Affairs, Division of Microbiology and Infectious Diseases, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. There, among other responsibilities, he was recognized by Dr. Anthony Fauci for significant contributions to the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic on the vaccine development team for children and women of child-bearing age. David is a pediatrician with a distinguished career in international medicine and in biopharmaceutical drug development. He served in positions of increasing scope with Johnson and Johnson, Novartis, Medical Service Corporation International, and Sequella. He also served for nearly two decades as Chief Medical Officer and Chief Executive Officer at two principal medical facilities in Leogane and Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Dr. Mc Neeley holds an MD and MPHTM from the Tulane University School of Medicine.
