Dr. McNeeley is a pediatrician with a distinguished career in international medicine and in biopharmaceutical drug development. Dr. McNeeley most recently served as director, Office of Regulatory Affairs, Division of Microbiology and Infectious Diseases, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. There, he was recognized by Dr. Anthony Fauci for significant contributions to the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic on the vaccine development team for children and women of childbearing age.
For nearly 20 years, Dr. McNeeley served as chief medical officer and chief executive officer at two principal medical facilities in Leogane and Port-au-Prince, Haiti. He has also held senior and director-level roles with Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, Medical Service Corporation International and Sequella. Dr. McNeeley holds an M.D. and MPHTM from the Tulane University School of Medicine.
